“Eat organic. Believe in sustainable. Buy local.” is the mantra of Paul Martin’s American Bistro. In Paul Martin’s kitchen you will find only fresh, local, and peak of the season ingredients. The menu at Paul Martin’s offers a wide variety of tastes and flavors, with an assortment of small plates and over fifty California wines offered by the glass. You will also find at the bar seasonal fruit infused vodkas made in house and a variety of local craft beers. The interior of the restaurant is described as has a “a kind of elegant rusticity” with old brick, wood, zinc, polished concrete floors, and soft lighting.
The brains behind Paul Martin’s American Bistro are that of Brian Bennett and restaurateur Paul Fleming. The first Paul Martin American Bistro was opened in Roseville in 2007. Having much success at this location, the team now has two more restaurants, one in El Segundo the other at the Irvine Spectrum. Brian and Paul spent more than a year handpicking the sources for Paul Martin’s menu. Sadie Rose is proud to be one of the many great purveyors that Paul Martin’s has incorporated into their fresh, seasonal & local menu.
Paul Martin’s uses Sadie Rose’s Ciabatta Loaf for their House Smoked Salmon Spread Crostini and our Focaccia Bun for their signature Bistro Burger.
