The Hotel Metropole in historic Avalon, CA located on Catalina Island has a new restaurant sure to enhance its already superior reputation. Simply called “M”, the restaurant features a farm-to-table concept, using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. M will be using a variety of our par-baked artisan loaves.
Also, keep an eye out for the new Avalon Grill that will be opening it’s doors at the end of this month. Avalon Grill features classic American comfort food with a fabulous selction of wines and micro brews. Executive Chef Rob Dalzell will be using our artisan hamburger buns and sliced breads for many of his menu items.
