 Storing & Freezing

Our breads have no preservatives, so they are best the day you buy them. We recommend keeping them cut side down on a cutting board covered with a clean, dry dishcloth. If the bread begins to harden, you can moisten it with a little water and refresh the crust in a 400º oven for 5-10 minutes.
Our breads keep very well frozen. Just wrap the loaf tightly in plastic and place it in a sealed plastic bag. When you are ready to use it, unwrap it, thaw and follow the above directions for refreshing the crust.
